Tim Frank has served as an advocate and public affairs consultant for more than 17 years, and has developed a broad public interest client base. His skill set includes campaign management, lobbying, communications, conference organizing and policy development.

On behalf of one of California’s top campaign consulting firms, Tim has overseen day to day management of every aspect of a series of campaigns for local measures that have together raised more than a half billion dollars for public schools.

He has extensive experience in land use policy development and advocacy and has represented clients on the local, state and national level. He has served as a lobbyist for Sierra Club California on land use issues, and currently serves as the Senior Policy Advisor to the Sierra Club’s national Campaign to Build Healthy Communities.

Tim also serves as Secretary Treasurer on the board of Good Jobs First, a DC based think tank devoted to economic development reform and smart growth.

Tim is a graduate of UCSB where he studied economics and math.
